- Our client's Commerce Team is looking for a frontend focused software engineer that will help us maintain and improve our internal sales application. Our main application is used daily by thousands of client's employees. It is our responsibility to both create a seamless experience for those users and meet the business’ expectations for functionality.
- Our frontend is written in Vue.js, with backend systems written in C#/.NET. Although this role is frontend focused, is essential that all team members have a strong understanding of RESTFul APIs, SQL, and Git.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to build and deliver custom enterprise
- software applications
- Accurately estimate tasks, bugs and spikes in your domain
- Develop software that meets code quality standards and metrics
- Build productive internal/external working relationships
- Effectively manage risk, change, and uncertainty with support from your Manager and peers
- Build a solid understanding of inter-team functional dependencies and navigate appropriate
- communication channels for solving issues as they arise
- Design and implement new features while continuously improving quality of technical products
