What You’ll Do

Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications with React Native, Java, and Spring Boot
Collaborate with product owners, designers, and developers to deliver high-quality healthcare solutions
Implement cloud-native architectures and deploy applications on AWS
Integrate AI/ML capabilities and optimize workflows with tools like GitHub Copilot
Ensure performance, scalability, and quality through best practices & automated testing
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement

What You Bring

5+ years of full stack development experience
Strong proficiency in React Native (mobile development)
Solid backend expertise with Java & Spring Boot
Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.)
Familiarity with AI/ML tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot)
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines & DevOps practices
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Experience working in Agile environments

Bonus Skills (Preferred, Not Required)

Experience in healthcare or regulated industries
Knowledge of Docker & Kubernetes
Experience with RESTful APIs & microservices architecture
