Role/Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of developers to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Design, develop, and implement Devops solutions, react.js, and full stack java applications.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
Perform code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain code quality and functionality.
Implement best practices in software development and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth project execution.
Stay updated on the latest technologies and trends in Devops, react.js, and full stack development.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Sciences or a related education (e.g. life science, medicine) , master’s preferable.

Minimum Requirements

6+ years of experience in designing and developing applications with cloud and Native platforms
5+ Handson Experience in Python and experience in AI/ML, generative AI (LLMs, diffusion models, etc.).
5+Experience in building micro-services using Node Js frameworks.
Experience in JSON and XML.
Experience in Service development using SOAP and REST.
Must have object-oriented design (OOD) patterns experience for separation of concerns, code reusability, security, and performance.
Experience in developing clean, well architected code.
Hands on developer with good communication skills and passion for development best practices and Test-Driven Development.
Strong understanding of testing methodologies such as Unit, Integration, Contract, functional, performance testing.
Strong database skills preferable experience.
Using Oracle, Postgres or SQL Server (using SQL query language).
End to end knowledge of DevOps practices.
Ability to work with source control tools such as Git.
Troubleshooting and resolving build and deployment issues in Jenkins environment.
Experience with CI/CD tools.
Continuous integration and deployment such as Jenkins.
Knowledge in Source Control Management.
Experience in Java/ Angular/React.
Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments.
Comfortable working from the command-line (Bash, Ksh).
Experience in catching frameworks like cosmos, Redis.
Experience in MQ Series / WebSphere/ JMS/Kafka.

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $ 74000 per year

Pay Range Maximum: $ 151800 per year

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
