One of Medix's medical device clients is looking to bring on a Software Engineer to join and assist with growing their team.

Day to day:

The Software Engineer will play a key role in working within a legacy application as it is being updated to a cloud-native platform which follows modern design standards.
Designs, codes, tests and debugs applications and components that meet all technical specifications and business requirements per assigned work items.
Full lifecycle of software development projects in an agile environment.
MS SQL, PostgreSQL, or other similar relational database management system.
Hands-on technical expertise in building web applications and RESTful web services.
.NET Core or similar object oriented programming language.
Angular, React, or other JavaScript frameworks / libraries.
Refines business requirements into technical solutions, recommend alternative technical and business approaches, and lead engineering efforts to meet aggressive timelines with optimal solutions.
Perform code reviews.
Mentor Junior Developers

3-5 Must Have Skills/Qualifications

At least 5+ years of .Net Core / AngularJs experience
Healthcare experience and has been part of an Agile team building Cloud Native Applications
Microservices experience
Azure experience
Experience working in a scalable environment.
Experience with Domain Driven Design
Experience with Event Driven Architecture
Experience with application containerization, deployment, and orchestration
Must be a US Citizen
