Role Overview
- Lead and mentor engineering teams working on distributed systems, microservices, and full-stack development.

- Champion best practices in cloud engineering, automation, reliability, and reusable solutions.
- Encourage innovation by piloting new technologies and accelerating adoption of modern engineering methods.
- Partner closely with technical and business leaders to align technology decisions with long-term objectives.
- Represent engineering perspectives clearly and confidently across teams and leadership levels.
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- 8+ years in software engineering
- 1+ year working with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- 4+ years experience managing and developing engineering teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree
- 10+ years software engineering using languages such as Go, Python, Java, Rust, React, or C++
- 5+ years cloud experience (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with open-source frameworks
- Background working in big data, data governance, or security-focused environments
- Experience with agile methodologies
