Job Summary:
We are seeking a React Native Lead Developer with strong native iOS development experience to lead the design, development, and delivery of high-quality mobile applications. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure performance, scalability, and code quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of React Native developers
Design and develop mobile applications using React Native (iOS-focused)
Build and integrate native iOS modules using Swift/Objective-C
Drive architectural decisions and conduct code reviews
Optimize app performance, stability, and scalability
Collaborate with product, design, QA, and backend teams
Support App Store deployments and CI/CD pipelines
Required Skills:
10+ years of mobile development experience
5+ years of hands-on React Native experience
Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills
Solid iOS development experience (Swift/Objective-C)
Experience with REST APIs, Git, and CI/CD tools
Preferred Skills:
Android (Kotlin/Java) exposure
State management libraries (Redux, MobX, etc.)
Agile/Scrum experience
Prior team leadership experience
