Backstage is seeking a Frontend Engineering Manager to lead and grow our frontend web team. This role is a mix of people leadership, technical stewardship, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll manage and mentor a team of frontend engineers while partnering closely with product, design, and engineering leadership to deliver high-impact, user-focused web experiences.

We value curiosity, trust, and impact, and we foster a culture of constant learning, autonomy, and collaboration.
Our teams operates in a modified Kanban process focused on delivering incremental value to customers.
