Full Stack Engineer:
We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to develop scalable, high-performance applications that improve healthcare experiences. You'll work across both frontend and backend, leveraging cloud technologies like AWS to deliver integrated solutions in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop full-stack web applications using React, Node.js, microservices, and AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS).
- Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces and integrate backend services via APIs.
- Manage cloud infrastructure with Docker and Terraform for scalability and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system performance and reliability issues.
- Implement best practices in code quality, testing, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (e.g., Git).
- Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless integration across the tech stack.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in full-stack development with expertise in React, Node.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and Python.
- Strong backend experience with microservices, AWS, Docker, Terraform, and API integration.
- Proficient in frontend technologies, including CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Volume) and responsive design.
- Experience with CI/CD, version control (Git), and modern tooling (Webpack, Babel).
- Familiar with performance optimization, automated testing (Jest, Cypress), and cloud-based architecture.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in healthcare tech or knowledge of healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
- Familiarity with TypeScript, Redux, and message queuing systems (e.g., Kafka).

Compensation
The base salary range for this full-time position is $140,000 - $160,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
