Our client, Practice, helps service providers do more, faster. Their software is ambitious in its scope - they are building a customizable service platform integrating payments, contractor payroll, scheduling, forms, notes, real-time messaging, and so much more.
The Role
We're seeking a senior front-end focused developer with 5+ years of experience to lead and grow our projects. The ideal candidate is an expert in front-end technologies, with some full-stack capabilities. You'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our product and team while working in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Write clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code
- Lead the development of new features and enhancements to existing products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet business objectives
- Mentor and provide technical leadership to the development team
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices
- Stay current with front-end technologies and industry trends
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in front-end development
- Expert-level knowledge of TypeScript, React, and Next.js
- Proficiency with TailwindCSS
- Experience working in remote teams
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across time zones
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and mentor team members
- Passion for creating exceptional user experiences
- This is a remote position, but working hours must overlap at least partially with US Eastern Time
Nice-to-Have
- Full-stack development experience
- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies
- Familiarity with service-oriented architectures
Compensation
- $100,000 - $150,000 USD per year, depending on experience and location.
