The Role
We are seeking a skilled Web Developer with proven expertise in Webflow to join our development team. The ideal candidate will support our marketing site and internal marketing team, translating design concepts into fully functional, responsive websites while ensuring best practices in performance and SEO. This role is ideal for an experienced Webflow developer who combines a strong technical background with an eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining brand consistency across digital channels.
What You’ll Own
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage CMS collections and templates in Webflow to support content management needs.
- Collaborate closely with designers, marketing teams, and other developers to implement custom designs and functionalities.
- Integrate third-party applications, plugins, and tools as needed to enhance site functionality and user experience.
- Troubleshoot issues, conduct quality checks, and ensure each web build adheres to best practices.
- Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all web pages and projects, making sure visual standards and guidelines are followed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Webflow updates, trends, and web development best practices.
Who We’re Looking For
- Skilled in Webflow development, with a strong portfolio showcasing projects implemented with Webflow.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; experience with Webflow Designer and Webflow CMS.
- Demonstrated experience building responsive websites with complex animations and interactions in Webflow.
- Familiar with SEO best practices and website optimization from a developer's perspective (page speed optimization, clean code, metadata implementation, etc.).
- Experience integrating APIs, custom code, and third-party tools within Webflow.
- Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch to translate designs into Webflow.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
Nice-to-Haves
- Basic knowledge of front-end frameworks (React, Vue.js) is a plus.
- Experience with other web development platforms, such as WordPress, Shopify, or Squarespace.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and a keen eye for design.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively explain technical processes to non-technical team members.
Linktree is committed to providing a competitive compensation package. Our cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $145,000 - $165,000 in the San Francisco Bay or Los Angeles area. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate expertise, the scope of role and level, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
