About the Role

Are you passionate about building enterprise-level web applications that improve lives? We’re looking for a Senior Front-End Developer to join our team and play a key role in creating and maintaining critical web-based applications. You'll work on platforms that support Social Services, including State Portals, Workflow Management, Call Center tools, and more.

This role focuses on front-end development in JavaScript, Angular, HTML5, and CSS3 within a J2EE architecture using Agile methodologies. If you thrive on solving complex problems and delivering seamless user experiences, this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise-class, responsive web applications within a J2EE and SOA platform.
Collaborate with users, analysts, and team members to analyze requirements and deliver solutions using Agile methodologies.
Participate in all phases of the SDLC: requirements analysis, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
Write clean, reusable, and testable code using frameworks like Angular, Bootstrap, Spring, and tools like NPM and Maven.
Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Troubleshoot and resolve defects, provide production support, and conduct performance tuning.
Develop test cases using Karma, Jasmine, and Selenium to ensure reliability and functionality.
Document designs, technical specifications, and processes as needed.

What You Bring

Required Experience:

8+ years of hands-on Front-End/UI development experience in enterprise-class applications.
8+ years of experience with the J2EE application platform and modern front-end technologies.
Proven expertise with JavaScript, Angular (including SPAs), TypeScript, Bootstrap, Spring, SASS, HTML5, CSS3, AJAX, JSON, and responsive design principles.
Experience developing optimized, scalable, and maintainable front-end solutions.
Solid understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD) with tools like Karma, Jasmine, and Selenium.
Participation in all phases of the SDLC for large-scale projects.

Preferred Experience:

5+ years working with IBM WebSphere Application Server.
5+ years of experience with Agile Development (Scrum).
Experience deploying applications to Cloud platforms and using CI/CD methodologies.
Hands-on experience developing for mobile and tablet platforms.
