Planet Technology has partnered with a Dallas based company to locate a Senior React Developer with experience in Sitecore and cloud technologies for a long-term contract position.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end development, deep expertise in React.js, and experience integrating with Sitecore CMS. You will play a key role in building and optimizing scalable, high-performance web applications.
The position is 100% remote but preference will be given to candidates in the Dallas or Chicago areas.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain modern, responsive web applications using React.js.
- Integrate React-based applications with Sitecore to create dynamic, personalized digital experiences.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user interactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, back-end developers, and DevOps engineers.
- Work with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, or GCP) to deploy and manage applications efficiently.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring application reliability and security.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in React, Sitecore, and cloud computing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional experience in React.js development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Sitecore CMS, including API integration and content management.
- Experience with RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud), including deployment and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with state management libraries (Redux, Context API, etc.).
- Strong understanding of modern front-end architecture and performance optimization techniques.
- Experience with unit testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
