Lead GenAI Developer
What They’re Looking For:
A senior hands-on AI engineer/architect who can design, build, and lead GenAI (Generative AI) solutions on Google Cloud (GCP) — mainly using Vertex AI and Gemini models. This person will lead a small team, ensure best practices, and work closely with data and cloud teams.
Responsibilities:
- 7+ years software development, including 3+ years in AI/ML or GenAI
- Strong GCP background — especially:
- Vertex AI
- Gemini models
- BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, Cloud Run
- Python + API development experience
- Experience building and deploying GenAI or RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions
- Architect-level experience — someone who has led or guided technical teams
- Understands security/compliance (HIPAA, PHI, PII) — important since it’s healthcare
