They’re now hiring a Vice President of Engineering to join the executive team and scale a high-performing org that’s driving the next wave of AI-powered, user-driven product development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead engineering strategy, outcomes, and execution across a global team.
- Scale the org, hiring top-tier engineers and managers while building systems for clarity and accountability.
- Partner with Product and Design to deliver innovative features that solve real user needs.
- Shape and deliver the company’s AI vision, embedding intelligence into workflows and products.
- Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team, influencing company roadmap and direction.
Your Profile:
- 10+ years of engineering experience, with 5+ in leadership roles at high-growth SaaS companies.
- Proven success scaling teams to 60+ engineers in distributed/global environments.
- Strong technical foundation in modern web stacks (e.g., Node.js/TypeScript, React, AWS).
- Hands-on experience embedding AI/ML into products and workflows.
- Skilled at recruiting and developing high-performing engineering teams in the US and abroad.
- Able to balance strategic vision with tactical execution, thriving in high-growth environments.
Nice to Haves:
- Background in developer tooling, CI/CD automation, or intelligent QA systems.
- Experience in product-led SaaS companies with strong design/UX focus.
- Commercial mindset, with an understanding of how engineering drives revenue and retention.
