Role - Senior Full-stack Engineer
Location - Remote (US)
Required Tech Stack - TypeScript, React, Next.js, MySQL, Cloud infra
Compensation - $180k - $200k + Equity (Competitive)
YOE - 3+ years

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Build and scale full-stack applications delivering high-performance, reliable systems.
- Collaborate with Product and Design to shape architecture and define the engineering roadmap.
- Create seamless user experiences through clean, well-tested code.
- Optimize infrastructure, reliability, and team workflows for efficiency and scalability.
Requirements:
- Extensive full-stack development experience, ideally in a tech startup or growth-stage company.
- Expertise in TypeScript for both frontend and backend projects.
- Proven experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React and Next.js.
- Strong understanding of modern web architecture, RESTful APIs, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or similar).
- Experience in designing scalable, maintainable systems using MySQL, Redis, and OpenSearch (or similar).
- Proficiency in writing high-quality, testable code with familiarity in modern testing frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced remote environment with a bias for action.
- Excellent communication skills to discuss trade-offs, make decisions, and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Bonus: Experience with LLMs, data-intensive applications, or DevOps practices.
