We partner with AI-first start-ups at Seed and Series A, building products that will redefine sectors like fintech, healthtech, and applied AI in finance. These are companies with funding in place, teams on the ground, and a clear path to scaling.
What you’ll do
- Build and ship production-grade AI products from 0 to 1
- Work on systems that integrate LLMs, real-time data, and scalable infra
- Take ownership of features end-to-end in fast-moving early-stage teams
- Collaborate directly with founders and technical leaders
What we’re looking for
- Proven track record at early-stage start-ups or scale-ups (Seed → Series A highly desirable)
- Experience shipping production products, not just prototypes
- Strong skills in TypeScript, Node.js, React, and modern cloud infra
- Comfort working onsite in NYC or SF, moving fast, and owning outcomes
What we don’t want
- Short stints without clear context (unless contract roles)
- No production experience — this is about building live systems at scale
- Candidates who have only worked in research or academic settings
