As a Engineering Lead you’ll:
- Lead and deliver end-to-end features, from scoping to production
- Write clean, scalable code in our 100% TypeScript stack (React + Node)
- Drive technical decisions on complex projects, ensuring both speed and quality
- Mentor engineers and shape best practices across testing, CI/CD, and observability
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data to solve real user problems
- Build AI-driven agentic solutions designed for the future of insurance tech
